水泥熟料中间体的析晶程度对水泥与高效减水剂相容性的影响 被引量:12

摘要 综合采取了化学萃取法及X射线衍射法2种方法,分析比较了8种水泥熟料中间体析晶程度的大小,检测了各熟料对应的水泥与高效减水剂相容性的差异,据此分析了熟料中间体的析晶程度对水泥与高效减水剂相容性的影响。试验发现,水泥与高效减水剂的相容性不仅受到熟料中间体各矿物含量的影响,而且与中间体各矿物的析晶程度有很大关系,熟料中间体矿物的析晶程度是水泥与高效减水剂的相容性的重要影响因素。 By means of chemical extraction and XRD, the crystallization degree of interstitial materials of cement clinker of eight different kilns were analyzed and compared, and the difference of compatibility of cement with high efficiency water reducer was tested. Then the effect of crystallization degree of interstitial materials of cement clinker on compatibility of cement and high efficiency water reducer was analyzed. The results showed that the compatibility was influenced not only by the minerals content of interstitial materials of clinker and but also by the crystallization degree of these minerals. The crystallization degree of minerals of interstitial materials of cement clinker was an important factor on the compatibility of cement with high efficiency water reducer.
