摘要
委婉语是一种社会语言学现象。它是社会文化心理和交际心理综合作用的产物。自诞生之日起,委婉语就深深烙上了社会文化心理的印记。缘于忌讳、礼貌、慰藉、粉饰等动机,委婉语被人们在日常生活中频繁使用,已成为社会生活中不可或缺的重要组成部分,并不断折射出形形色色的社会文化心理特征。
Euphemism is a sociolinguistic phenomenon. It derives from the integration of social cultural factors into communicating psychology. From the day it came into, euphemism has been marked with and reflecting social cultural psychology. The frequent employment of euphemism in everyday life either for taboo, politeness, soothing or cosmetic effect has made it an indispensable part of life.
