Pseudoterranova decipiens复合种的几个姊妹种种间线粒体nad1基因序列差异的研究 被引量:1

Studies on Sequence Polymorphisms in Mitochondrial nad1 Genes within and between Members of the Pseudoterranova decipiens Complex

摘要 对来自世界各地的P.decipiens复合种共6个姊妹种的线粒体(mtDNA)NADH脱氢酶亚单位Ⅰ基因(nad1)序列进行PCR扩增、克隆、测序和序列分析.结果显示,nad1基因序列种间差异为3.6%~15.0%,遗传差异性分析结果与ITSl、ITS2和coxl的基因序列遗传差异性分析结果基本上一致,nad1能提供准确的遗传标记,可用于P.decipiens复合种姊妹种的鉴定.这些结果有助于阐明P.decipiens复合种种间的遗传变异,为进一步的分子遗传学和分子诊断学研究奠定基础. The present study examined the nucleotide variation in a portion NADH dehydrogenase subunit 1 (nad1) between members of the P. decipiens complex using a PCR approach. The objective was to assess whether mtDNA sequences provide genetic markers for the identification of members of the P. decipiens complex. The results showed that sequence differences in the nad1 gene between species was 3.6% to 15%, indicating that had1 gene sequence provides genetic markers for the identification of the 6 numbers of the P. decipiens complex. These findings provided basements for further studies of population genetics of members of P. decipiens, and for the diagnosis of diseases they caused.
