摘要
本文就装有多孔酚醛层压管保持架的B146104Y轴承在使用中普遍产生啸声的问题进行了试验分析。试验结果表明,该种轴承保持架产生啸声与球兜孔间隙(C)和轴承引导间隙(B)的比值有关;选用球兜孔间隙为5%球径,C/B值为0.52的Y_2方案为较佳方案。文中并对出现啸声时的表现特征进行了描述。附表2个,附图3幅。
In this paper, the problem of whistling sound prodaced popularly in application of type B146104ytype bearing with porous phenolie laminated tube cage is analyzed .The resulf shows : the whistling sound,produced by above cage, is related to the ratio of C/B, (whereC-clearance between ball and cage pocket, B-bearing guiding clearance) ,to seiect C/B = 0.52 and C.= 5%·d(ball diameter) is a better choice.The characteristics of whistling sound is also described in detail.
