摘要
乌江流域水情自动测报系统从2000年统一规划改造到2005年初,共有1个中心站、7个分中心站、134个遥测站,使用海事卫星和VHF通信方式进行遥测站的组网,中心与分中心之间以甚小天线地面站(VSAT)卫星通道构建水情广域网。文中提出对遥测站增加全球移动通信系统(GSM)终端构建双信道通信组网方式;中心与分中心之间增加光纤通道组建水情广域网;优化系统数据传输模式,提高系统的可靠性,使其更好地为流域梯级水库群的优化调度服务。
From 2000 to the beginning of 2005, there were 1 central station, 7 division stations and 134 telemetering stations in the automatic hydrological data acquisition and transmission system in the Wujiang basin. The communication modes of Inmarsat-C and VHF are used to form the telemetering stations in a network, while the VSAT satellite path is employed to build a wide range hydrological information network among the central station and the division stations. This paper proposes that GSM communication terminals be added to the telemetering stations and a dual channel communication system be constructed and fiber channels be added to form a wide range hydrological information network, so that the data transmission mode can be optimized and the reliability of the whole system can be improved. Thus the optimal operation of the step reservoir system in the basin can be realized.
