摘要
通过分析三峡水库初步蓄水以来在支流存在的水环境问题,提出:如果三峡电厂按较大规模进行日调节调度,一些支流和区域出现“水华”的情况就可得到缓解。根据三峡水库不恒定流数学模型模拟计算结果,若三峡电厂按现有能力最大规模地开展日调节调度,可在库区形成大范围的“潮汐”作用。库区水位规律性涨落可大量增加支流与干流水体交换,利于抑制支流“水华”现象的发生。建议三峡电厂进行日调节与支流“水华”控制的调度试验,寻求通过调度改善库区水环境的途径。三峡工程如果能通过改善调度来调节库区环境状况,不但对促进三峡水库尽快抬高蓄水位有积极作用,而且对协调水电工程与库区环境保护的关系也将开辟新的途径。
In this paper, measures on the emergence of water blooms in some tributaries of the reservoir of the Three Gorges Project (TGP) are discussed. Heavy load of pollutant from upstream and slow flowage are believed as the main causes. To substantially cut down the load of pollutant for the time being is not feasible and ways from the power plant operation might be considered to improve this situation. By applying an unsteady flow model, the effects of peak modulations on the movement of water in the TGP reservoir are studied. It was found that certain extends of variation in power generation between day and night could induce the whole reservoir to oscillate like a tidal river. The range of such artificial tide can be as high as 55 cm. Such tides could cause considerable exchanges of water between main channel and tributaries, which is helpful to controlling water blooms in the tributaries. The power of TGP is quite sizable and good qualified for large power net modulation. So the author suggests the TGP to carry out some proto type tests to further verify the above-mentioned effects. If it could be approved, a two-win countermeasure for both power net and the water quality of the reservoir might be found.
