摘要
目的建立气相色谱法测定多潘立酮中二氯甲烷、氯仿、甲苯、二甲基甲酰胺的残留量的方法.方法[1,2] 以1,2一二氯乙烷作为内标物,二甲亚砜作为溶剂,采用SE-54毛细管柱(30 m×0.53 mm×1.0 μm);氢火焰离子化检测器(FID)温度240 ℃;柱温60 ℃;汽化室温度200 ℃;分流比10∶1;灵敏度10°;进样体积1.0 μl.结果定量测定的二氯甲烷、氯仿、甲苯、二甲基甲酰胺在定量限~150%范围内峰面积与进样浓度呈良好线性关系,相关系数均大于0.9990,回归方程分别为:A=0.0484C+0.01730, r=0.9993; A=0.0268C-0.00587, r=0.9992;A=0.3260C+0.00215, r=0.9997;A=0.0761C+0.00855,r=0.9992.平均回收率分别为102.7%、98.0%、98.9%、99.7%.结论本法准确、快速,可作为该品种4个有机溶剂残留量的质量控制方法.
AIM To establish a gas chromatographic method for the determination of residual organic solvents in domperidone. METHOD Using 1,2-diehloroethane as internal standard, dimethylsulfoxide as solvent, achieved by the column of SE-54(30 m × 0.53 mm × 10μn). FID temperature: 240℃, column temperature: 60℃ vaporizer temperature: 200℃, split ratio 10 : 1, sensitivity 10°, injection volume 1.0μl. RESULTS Four solvents ( diehloromethane, chloroform, toluene and dimthylformamide) showed good linearity ( r 〉 0.9990) in a detected concentration range. Regression equation: A = 0.0484 C + 0.01730, r = 0.993; A = 0.0268 C - 0.00587, r = 0.9992; A = 0.3260 C +0.00215,r=0.9997;A=0.0761C+0.00855,r=0.9992;Average recovery:100.7%,98.0%,98.9%,99.7%.CONCLUSION The method appeared to be accurate and rapid,and can be used for the quality control.
