摘要
                
                    以青花菜为试验材料,探讨了影响离体再生的一些因素,结果表明:取用4~5 d龄无菌苗的带柄子叶和下胚轴,分别培养在MSB+NAA 0.2 mg/L+6-BA 2 mg/L和MSB+NAA 0.2 mg/L+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+AgNO3 2.5 mg/L培养基上,获得了较高的分化率(80%);再生芽插入MS+IBA 0.2 mg/L培养基,生根率达100%.
                
                Cotyledons with petiole and hypocotyls of 4 - to 5 - day - old virus - free seedlings of broccoli ( Brassica oleracea var. italica ) were used as explants in in vitro culture. Fairly high shoot differentiation rate ( 〉 80% ) was obtained when cotyledons were cultured on MSB + NAA 0.2 mg/L + 6 - BA 2 mg/L and hypocotyls were cultured on MSB + NAA 0.2 mg/L + 6 - BA 1.0 mg/L + AgNO3 2.5 mg/L. All the shoots rooted readily when transferred to MS + IBA 0.2 mg/L.
