黄芪对大鼠缺血缺氧脑损伤FOS蛋白表达影响的实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察实验性大鼠缺血缺氧脑损伤(H IBD)时FOS蛋白的表达及黄芪对FOS蛋白表达的作用,探讨黄芪对H IBD的治疗作用及机制。方法通过结扎左侧颈总动脉并进行缺氧,制备H IBD模型,应用免疫纽化方法观察黄芪对H IBD大鼠海马和皮质部位FOS蛋白表达的影响。结果正常对照组海马、皮质部位FOS表达明显增强;黄芪治疗组H IBD大鼠海马、皮FOS蛋白表达均显著降低(P<0.05)。结论提示黄芪可抑制缺血缺氧脑损伤FOS蛋白的表达,对H IBD后神经元具有保护作用。
