摘要
通过对人员分配问题的研究,给出了一个基本于一种分配标准下的管理人员分配的非线性整数规划模型和算法,通过实例并利用Lingo软件验证了算法的有效性.
In this paper, the authors study the problem of allocation of personnel, then presents a mathematical modeling and algorithm for fair allocation of personnel by some kind of criterion, and finally proves the validity of the modeling and its algorithm by concrete examples and Lingo software.
