摘要
为协调现代制造企业间产品生命周期内的相关数据,讨论采用文件传输技术、分布式数据库技术和分布式对象技术3种产品数据整合方案,提出适合分布式协同设计的产品数据模型以及开放式的产品数据管理(PDM)体系结构.利用Web服务技术等组件技术,开发了基于Web的PDM系统,实现企业内部和企业间产品设计数据的交换和共享.与传统PDM相比,基于Web服务的PDM系统能够简化产品数据的集成过程,更好地支持异地协同设计.
For coordination of product lifecycle data among contemporary manufacturing enterprises, three data integration schemes adopting file transport technique, distributed database technique and distributed object technique were investigated. A product data model and the open architecture of product data management （PDM） were proposed. A Web-based PDM system using Web services component technology was developed for data exchange and sharing in one company and among cooperative enterprises. Compared with traditional PDM,PDM based on Web services can shorten the process of product data integration, and strongly support collaborative design.
