摘要
In latest years,informatization construction has produced important effects on economic and social development and level of infromatization is an important signal to measure comprehensive power of a country or a region.Based on the comprehensive system to evaluate informatization development developed by themselves, the authors conduct systematic comparison between 33 countries or territories and between 31 provinces or autonomous regions or municipals.
