人类白细胞抗原II类基因与妊娠期糖尿病的相关性研究 被引量:9

摘要 目的探讨人类白细胞抗原II(HLA-II)类基因与妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)的相关性。方法采用序列特异性引物聚合酶链反应技术,对48例GDM孕妇(GDM组)及同期入院的48例正常健康孕妇(对照组)的HLA-II类基因进行检测。结果GDM组DRB1*0301、DRB1*1302、DQA1*0301等位基因频率分别为18·8%、45·8%、64·6%,均明显高于对照组的4·2%、18·8%、41·7%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0·05)。结论HLA-II类等位基因与GDM发病存在相关性;DRB1*0301、DRB1*1302、DQA1*0301是GDM患者的易感基因。 Objective To investigate correlation between part of histoeompatibility leukocyte antigen (HLA) class Ⅱ gene and gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM). Methods Part of HLA-Ⅱ gene was examined by polymerase chain reaction sequence specific primer (PCR-SSP). Forty-eight GDM women were served as study group, and forty-eight normal pregnant women were selected as control group. Results The frequencies of DRB1 *0301 , DRB1 * 1302 and DQA1 * 0301 of GDM ( 18.8% , 45.8% and 64. 6% ) in study group were significantly increased compared with control group (4. 2%, 18.8% and 41.7% ) ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusions The results suggest that there is correlation between HLA class Ⅱ gene and gestational diabetes mellitus. DRB1 * 0301, DRB1 * 1302 and DOA1 * 0301 are the susceptible alleles of GDM.
