摘要
应用有限元方法和断裂实验对铝合金LY12在Ⅰ+Ⅱ型复合载荷作用下的弹塑性断裂行为进行了研究,给出了复合型弹塑性断裂的J积分准则.结果表明:(1)不同复合型下启裂J积分值满足JⅠi/JⅠc+JⅡi/JⅡc=1、JMC=JⅠi+JⅡi的关系.随Ⅱ型分量增加,启裂的J积分值JMC增加,JⅡc为JⅠc的两倍;
The elastic-plastic fracture of LY12 under mixed Ⅰ+Ⅱ mode loading was studied by finite element method and fracture test. A mixed mode elastic-plastic fracture criterion, J-integral criterion, was proposed. The results show that: (1 ) The initiation J-integral values of different mixed ratios satisfy equations JⅠi/JⅠC+JⅡi/JⅡC=1 JⅠi+JⅡi=JMC, the initiation J-integral increase with an increasing of mode Ⅱ component, and JⅡC is twice of JⅠC; (2) The relationship between JMC and mixed ratios is JMC=K2Ⅰ·JⅠC/(K2Ⅰ+αK2Ⅱ) +αK2Ⅱ·JⅠC/(K2Ⅰ+αK2Ⅱ), where α =JⅠC/JⅡC.
