摘要
研究超声波作用下碱液和硫酸溶液解吸负载氰化物的201 × 7树脂回收氰化物的工艺过程.结果表明,氢氧化钠溶液解吸树脂上吸附的纯氰离子效果较好,但不能解吸配合物离子.超声波作用下硫酸解吸树脂上吸附的氰化物效果较好,硫酸浓度在0.25%~0.5%为宜.超声波对化学反应速率的影响不大,但加快产物氰化氢的逸出速率,即超声波有利于HCN的吹脱.
The processes of cyanide desorbing and recovery from loaded 201 × 7 resin by alkali and sulfuric acid solution under the ultrasonic affection are investigated. The simple cyanide ion can be effectively desorbed by caustic soda solution, but the complex ions can not be desorbed. The good results are achieved for cyanide desorption from 201 × 7 resin by sulfuric acid with ultrasonic, the optimal concentration of sulfuric acid is 0.25%~0.5%. The impaction of ultrasonic on the chemical reaction rate of cyanide desorption is not distinct, but it may strengthen the process of desorption by acceleration of cyanide taking off.
