摘要
针对我国典型草原生态现状及水土流失特点,依据草地畜牧业水-草-畜平衡发展原理,充分利用有限水资源,发展灌溉饲草料地,通过线性规划数学方法求解,提出了以草地生态恢复到良性循环状态,治理区域经济效益达到最大为目标,各单项技术的最佳实施面积的草原沙化、退化综合整治实用模式,该模式依靠自然恢复(封禁、休牧)措施实施面积占94%,符合坚持以人为本,树立全面、协调、可持续发展的科学发展观,实现人与自然和谐共处的必然要求,该项研究将为我国干旱、半干旱草原沙化、退化草地生态恢复与重建提供科学依据。
Aiming at ecological situation of Chinese typical grassland and soil erosion characteristics ,according to the principle of water-grass-livestock balance of grassland stockbreeding, making full use of the limited water resources, developing forage irrigation ,by linear programming mathematics method ,it is put forward from grassland ecosystem restoration to benign cycle state. Final goal is put out to attain biggest economic benefit in district and the model of optimized area which apply to each single technique on comprehensive renovation for desertification and degeneration of grassland, the model depends on natural restoration measure (close,rest-grazing)making up 94% ,this matches the need for people, setting up harmonious, sustainable developmental view completely, which realize unnecessary request that person and the nature get along harmoniously, the research will provide with scientific basis for restoration and reconstruction of arid and semi-arid area desertification and degeneration grassland in China.
