摘要
借鉴农作物成功的经验,介绍了核心种质的概念及研究内容,系统的分析了药用植物核心种质构建的特色及方法。核心种质的研究为加强和实现种质资源的有效管理及开发利用提供便利的条件和途径,为药用植物种质资源的研究,提供新思路和方法。提出对核心种质的研究是药用植物种质资源发展的必然趋势。
According to the successful experience of studying on crops, this paper introduced the conception of the core collection of medicinal plants, and analyzed the characteristic and the way to construct it. Studies on the core collection would fulfill the management and utilize the germplasm resources conveniently and provide a new idea and a method to study on the germplasm resources of medicinal plants. It is necessary to study on the core collection for the development of the germlasm resources of medicinal plants.
