摘要
农业国际化不仅对推动农业现代化具有积极作用,而且也是顺利实现农业现代化的基本条件;农业现代化是实现农业国际化的重要前提,农业现代化进程加快有利于提高农业国际化水平。农业国际化与农业现代化之间存在着相互依赖、相互影响、相互促进的互动机制,这种互动机制也决定了中国农业现代化与农业国际化的同步性。
The internationalization of agriculture doesn＇t only play an active part in promoting the modernization of agriculture, but also is the basic condition of realizing the modernization of agriculture successfully. The modernization of agriculture is the important prerequisite of realizing the internationalization of agriculture. To quickening the process does good to improve the level of the internationalization of agriculture. The internationalization and modernization of agriculture depend on, affect, and promote each other. This mutual promoting system also decides the synchronism of the internationalization and modernization of agriculture in China.
