摘要
研究了微合金钒、钛对贝氏体型非调质钢的组织与性能的影响。结果表明在贝氏体型非调质钢中,钛的碳氮化物不但能细化奥氏体晶粒,还能促进钒的碳氮化物的析出,有利于提高钢的强韧性。在该钢中尚未观察到V(N、C),其析出相为富Ti、N的(Ti、V)(N、C)。
In this paper, effect of microalloying elements V、Ti on the microstructure and properties of non quenched and normalized bainitic steels have been studied. The results indicate that titanium carbonitride precipitation is not only refining austenite grain but also promoting precipitation of Vanadium carbonitride. The grain refinement and intense precipitate strengthering en chance strength and toughness of Ti+V steel. The precipitation of V(N.C) was not observed in the steels. The precipitate phase is (Ti,V) (N,V)that Ti-N-rich precipitates have been identified.
