摘要
目的:调查分析辽西地区汉族城市青少年的体型发育特征与规律,为体质人类学补充必要的资料。方法:对辽西地区城市525名14～19岁汉族青少年进行体型特征的调查、分析和研究,测量学生的身高、体质量、上臂紧张围、小腿围、肱骨和股骨内外上髁间径、肱三头肌皮褶、肩胛下皮褶、髂前上棘皮褶和腓肠肌皮褶10项指标,按照Heath-Carter体型法测试数据,通过测量和计算得出各年龄组的内因子值、中因子值、外因子值、体脂率和体型分布等,借以评价个体或群体的体型。结果:辽西地区城市汉族青少年男性平均体型值为3.8～3.3～3.5,属中间型;女性平均体型值为4.8～2.9～3.2,属均衡的内胚层体型。女生在内因子值占优势,而中、外因子值男生大于女生,表明女生的皮下脂肪发达,体态丰满;而男生骨骼和肌肉发育良好,体型稍显修长。经t检验,各年龄组的男女体型均存在显著差异。通过与国内其他群体的体型比较,可见辽西城市青少年与其他少数民族体型有明显差异。结论:辽西地区城市汉族青少年骨骼、肌肉不甚发达,体脂较多,身体线性度中等,应注意合理饮食并加强体育锻炼。
AIM： To analyze the characteristics and the regularity of somatotype growth of the urban adolescents of Han nationality in the west of Liaoning Province and compensate the essential data for the anthropological studies. METHODS： A total of 525 subjects （265 males and 260 females） of Han of Jinzhou in the west of Liaoning Province aged 14 to 19 were somatotyped by Heath-Carter anthropometry. Ten items were assayed including body height, body weight, tension line of upper arm, line of shank, infradiamete of internal and external epicondyle of humerus and femur, skin fold of triceps braehii muscle, skin fold of subscapularis, skin fold of anterior superior iliac spine and skin fold of gastrocnemius. According to Heath-Carter anthropometry, value of intrinsic factor, mid factor and extrinsic factor, rate of body lipid, and distribution of somatotype were measured and calculated to evaluate individual or group somatotype. RESULTS： The mean somatotype for male was 3.8-3.3-3.5 and is in cen- tral, for female was 4.8-2.9-3.2 and was balanced endomorph. By t-test, males and females have siguificant sexual difference. Compared with others, there was significant difference between urban adolescents of Han in the west of Liaoning Province and other nationalities. CONCLUSION： The body fat of male and female in the west of Liaoning Province is more, skeleton and muscles is less stronger, and the figure is in the middle grade.
