摘要
抗心律失常药物治疗是心律失常的基础治疗,大规模随机双盲试验表明抗心律失常药物存在 总有效率不高,致心律失常副作用和对患者生存率改善作用不佳等问题．就抗心律失常药物发展历 程、存在的问题、研究进展和药物发现的新策略进行综述．
Anti-arrhythmic drug is basic therapy for the treatment of arrhythmias, the large randomized placebo-controlled clinical trails have shown that most anti-arrhythmic drugs have limited overall success and can sometimes induce arrhythmias, and even do not decrease mortality. This paper briefly reviews the history of anti-arrhythmic drugs, the problems, the progresses and the novel strategies for screening of anti-arrhythmic drugs.
