摘要
随着我国加入WTO后建筑业3-5a过渡期的即将结束,该行业的竞争将日趋激烈,本文对建筑业行业结构的分析表明,我国大型建筑企业的竞争对手主要是进入国内市场的现有的和潜在的国外建筑企业;接着对适合大型建筑企业采取的成本领先战略、差异化战略和跨国竞争战略进行了阐述,所得结论是,大型建筑企业可以采用成本领先战略或差异化战略中的一种,而不是两者的混合,而跨国竞争战略可以与前两者中的一种结合实施。
With the end of 3-5 years＂ interim of the domestic construction industry after the entry into WTO, this industry competition will become more intensive. The article, by analyzing the constructlon industry structure shows that present and potential foreign construction enterprises are the main rivals in the civil construction market, then deals with prevailing cost strategy, diversity strategy and multinational competitive strategy, and puts forward the conclusion that big construction enterprises can adopt prevailing cost strategy or diversity strategy with multinational competitive strategy.
