摘要
                
                    介绍了阴极等离子体电解渗透技术的工艺特点、试验机理、放电过程参数及其渗透层的性能,讨论了阳极等离子体电解渗透技术存在的问题,展望了液相等离子体电解渗透技术的应用前景。
                
                The characteristics, mechanism, discharge process parameter and the properties of permeation layer of plasma electrolytic cathode saturation technique were described. The problems existing in electrolytic anode saturation technique were also discussed.
