摘要
研制了一种全新的动应力测量仪,采用电池供电的测量仪主机安装在水轮机大轴上随转轮一同旋转,由手持无线电遥控器控制测量仪的电源开关、采样启/停,监视测量仪的运行状态.应力测量数据暂存在测量仪中大容量电子磁盘中,在机组停机的间歇取出测量数据.这种测量方案彻底解决了多通道高频率采样中大数据量信号传输、电池供电与长时间在线测量的矛盾,以及电磁干扰影响测量数据、电桥平衡等许多难题.该测量仪成功实现了对大朝山6号机组转轮叶片的动应力测量.
In this article, a new instrument was introduced, the host computer of which was powered by batteries, and could be fastened on the big-axle of hydraulic generators and rotated with the axle, it was remote-controlled and monitored by a handhold controller for power-on/power-off and starting/canceling sampling, especially for vanes' stress measuring. The sample data were stored in the electronic disk in host, and could be downloaded when the generator stopped. By this new method, many difficulties would be settied, such as, mass data transferring, long time using of the batteries, electromagnetic compatibility problems and electrical-bridge balancing, and so on. The instrument has been successfully used in the rotor vanes stress measuring of No. 6 hydraulic generator in Dachao Mountain Hydropower Station.
