钛基体上化学法制备羟基磷灰石涂层的优化工艺研究

摘要 研究通过简单的化学反应法在钛基体上制备羟基磷灰石(HA)涂层.钛板经粗糙化、酸蚀、清洗、干燥以后,在5 mol/L的NaOH溶液中60℃处理24 h,然后在饱和Ca(OH)2溶液中进行预钙化处理,接着在过饱和Ca3(PO4)2溶液中进行沉积处理,最后在0.1 mol/L的NaOH溶液中60℃对沉积层进行48 h的后处理,制得一定厚度的、Ca/P=1.67的羟基磷灰石涂层.用扫描电镜、能谱仪和X射线衍射仪对涂层进行显微组织观察、测定涂层厚度、并进行物相和元素分析.本研究对使用的各种溶液的浓度、处理温度和时间均进行了优化. The objective of this research is to find a simple chemical method to prepare the hydroxyapatite coat- ing on the substrates of pure titanium. The titanium samples with ragged surface are eroded by acid and washed, and after drying, treated with 5 mol/L NaOH solution at 60℃ for 24 hours. Following the precalcific treatment in saturated Ca(OH) 2 solution and the depositing treatment in supersaturated Ca3 (PO4 )2 solution, the deposited layer turns finally into the Ca/P = 1.67 hydroxyapatite of definite thickness in 0.1 mol/L NaOH solution at 60℃ for 48 hours. Using the scanning electron microscope, EDAX and X - ray diffractometer, microstructures of the coating are observed, the thickness determined and the phases and elements analyzed. The concentrations of the solutions, the processing temperatures and time are all optimized.
