聚苯乙烯负载的β-溴乙烯基硒化合物的合成及其在固相合成多取代烯烃中的应用

Synthesis of Polystyrene-supported Selenovinyl Bromide and Its Application in the Solid-phase Synthesis of Polysubstituted Olefins

摘要 Organoselenium reagents are powerful tools for the preparation of small organic molecules.A simple preparation of polystyrene-supported(E)-1-bromo-2-selenoethylene was reported.In the presence of NiCl2(PPh3)2 catalyst,polystyrene-supported(E)-1-bromo-2-selenoethylene reacted with different Grignard reagents to offer(E)-1,2-disubstituted ethenes or trisubstituted ethenes.The evident advantages of this reaction are easy operations,odorlessness,good yields of the products. Organoselenium reagents are powerful tools for the preparation of small organic molecules. A simple preparation of polystyrene-supported (E)-1-bromo-2-selenoethylene was reported.
