摘要
在我国“私募基金”总是深藏于地下,随着我国金融业的飞速发展和加入了世贸,撩开基金私募的神秘面纱已是管理当局不可回避的问题,私募基金一直是国际资本市场体系中的重要组成部分,基于此因,我国的私募基金必将有一个长足的发展,而我国最先发展私募基金的趋势,应该是OPEFs这样的高科技产业化私募基金。
In China private fund is often deeply hidden. With the development of chinese financial industry and the entry into the WTO, it is urgent to lift the veil of private fund for management authorities. Private fund is always an important part of international capital market, and will have a substantial development. The trend of it should be high - tech industrialized OPEFs.
