摘要
利用麻纤维及其混纺纱进行了针织横机编织工艺的探讨及麻针织物力学性能的分析研究。使用三种不同麻纤维含量的原料,编织出了各自不同弯纱深度、不同组织结构的麻针织横编织物,并进行了拉伸性能的测试分析。认为络筒和打蜡处理是提高麻纤维编织性的有效措施,弯纱深度是影响麻针织横编织物力学性能的主要因素。
This paper discusses the flat knitting technology by using flax and remie and its blended yam. Three flat knitted fabrics with different content of flax and remie and varied sinking depth and stitches are analyzed by testing their tensile strength. The results show that it is the effective method to improve its knitability by winding and waxing the flax. And the sinking depth is the main factor that affects the mechanical property of flax fabric knitted on flat machine.
