甘薯黄酮类物质的提取及其基因型差异研究 被引量:31

摘要 采用三因子三水平正交试验得出甘薯黄酮最佳提取条件为70%乙醇,1∶60料液比,80℃水浴下回流浸提1 h.在此条件下,一次提取工艺得率可达87.15%.同时分析并比较了不同品种甘薯的总黄酮含量,发现紫甘薯块根黄酮类物质含量最高. The conditions for extracting flavonoids from sweetpotato storage roots were studied in this paper. The optimum extracting conditions, which include extracting reagent 70% ethanol, extracting temperature of water-based heating 60℃, ratio of the storage root powder to the reagent 1 : 60, and extraction time lhour, have been obtained. The extracting rate of flavonoids reaches 87.15% under the optimum extracting conditions with one extracting cycle. Meanwhile, great genotypic variation in the flavonoid contents has been found, among the genotypes tested, the purple sweetpotato was showed to have the highest flavonoid content.
