摘要
某新建使馆工程建筑面积3万m2,其外檐和部分内檐采用C30彩色建筑混凝土,为国内首次大面积设计采用彩色混凝土的工程。原材料采用白色硅酸盐水泥、不含氯化钙且具减水作用的彩色粉、粉煤灰、火山灰活性矿物掺合料、纤维等,经反复试验后确定水灰比为0.41。施工中严格控制彩色建筑混凝土的搅拌、振捣、拆模、养护等工序,效果较好。
Colored concrete C30 was used in the exterior eaves and part of the inner eaves of a new embassy with floor area of 30,000m^2, the first domestic project that widely adopts colored concrete, The raw materials were white Portland cement, waterreductive colored powder of non-calcium chloride, flying ash, mixed active pozzuolana mineral and fiber. It was determined by tests that water-cement ratio should be 0.41, and strict control should be made on the mixing, vibrating, form dismantling and concrete curing in the construction so as to reach good effect.
