摘要
现将本院20年来收治的子宫内膜癌用手术分期法,来判断高危因素,及各种治疗方法的效果。 资料 从1961年1月～1981年12月,共收治以手术洽疗为主的子宫内膜癌296例。按照FIGO分期标准,其中Ⅰ期221例,Ⅱ期44例。
Factors that influenced the curative effect of endometrial carcinoma were discussedby analysing 296 pathologically proved cases treated with surgery plus or minusradiotberapy. 64% of patients belonged of age 51-60 group, Only 5% under 40. Thepathological grade Ⅲ group, the group with deep muscular layer infiltration of cancercell and clinical stage Ⅲ group were demonstrated to have poorest 5-year survival rateanp bighest recurrent rate. Authors suggest subradical hysterectomy for stage I cases,radical for stage Ⅱ, and radical plus post-operative radiation for stage Ⅲ.
