摘要
目的研究肝细胞生长因子(HGF)对小鼠急性肝损伤的预防和治疗作用。方法将小鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型组、预防组和治疗组,用四氯化碳(CCl4)造成急性肝损伤模型,用肝细胞生长因子进行预防和治疗。结果CCl4造成小鼠急性肝损伤,出现肝功能异常。预防组和治疗组的小鼠血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)和谷草转氨酶(AST)水平均比模型组明显降低(P<0.001);肝细胞变性、坏死等病理损伤也均比模型组明显减轻。结论肝细胞生长因子对四氯化碳造成小鼠急性肝损伤模型具有预防和治疗作用。
Objective To investigate the protective and therapeutic effects of Hepatocyte growth factors (HGF)on acute hepatic damage in mice. Methods The mice were randomly divided into 4 groups: normal group, model group, prevention group and treatment group,CCl4 - induced acute liver injury model of mice was established and HGF was used for prevention and treatment. Results The serum ALT.AST activity of HGF prevention group and treatment group were significantly lower than that of model group (P〈0. 001) ,and liver pathological injury was abated in some degrees. Conclusions HGF is highly effective in protection and treatment of acute liver damage in mice induced by CCl4.
