钢铁厂烟尘制备锰锌软磁铁氧体研究 被引量:1

摘要 以钢铁厂烟尘、软锰矿、废铁屑和锌烟灰为原料,经同时浸出、初步除杂、复盐沉淀深度净化、共沉淀和铁氧体工艺等过程,制备出锰锌软铁氧体产品。湿法工艺结果表明:共沉淀粉料中铁、锰和锌的平均含量比例为FeGZnGMn=69.22G23.27G7.58,与理论配方的相对误差分别为+0.029%、+0.22%及-0.92%,均在铁氧体制备允许的±5%误差范围之内。铁氧体实验结果说明:锰锌软磁铁氧体产品的质量接近日本TDK公司的PC30标准,且许多磁性能指标优于国内某公司的同类产品。 Using steel plant dust,scrap iron,pyrolusite and coarse oxide-zinc materials,Mn-Zn soft ferrites were prepared by the reaction of simultaneous leaching primary purification,deep purification, co-precipitation and ferrite technology.The hydrometallurgical experiment results demonstrate that the average rates of Fe:Mn:Zn was 69.22:23.27:7.51 of the co-precipitation powder,and the relative errors compared with theoretical prescription (Fe:Mn:Zn=69.20:23.22:7.58)are Fe +0.029%,Mn +0.22% and Zn-0.92% ,respectively.The ferrite technology results confirm that the quality of Mn-Zn soft magnetic ferrite is very close to that of PC30 made by Japan TDK Company,and most of indexes on magnetic properties are better than that of the same kind of product made by a domestic company.
