摘要
通过构建额尔齐斯河流域生态承载力评价指标体系,对各评价指标建立隶属模型,对指标进行正规化处理以消除量纲影响,并利用AHP法求得各指标权重值,利用生态承载力综合评价方法,对额尔齐斯河流域的系统弹性度、资源承载指数和资源承载压力度进行分级评价,最后对额尔齐斯河流域生态承载力进行了综合评价,并提出了建议。
By establishing the assessment index system of ecological carrying capacity （ECC） of Irtysn River Valley, the subjection models of different indexes were set up and the data were normalized in order to eliminate the dimension influence. And by using AHP method to get the weight value of indexes, the integrative assessment of ECC was conducted to evaluate the ecosystem resilience, resource carrying index and resource carrying-pressing index in the valley. Lastly, the paper made an integrative evaluation on ECC in Irtysh River Valley and proposed some relevant suggestions.
