摘要
笔者报道手术室专科知识培训专题训练法的应用方法。确定专题,制定学习计划,根据不同层次护理人员提出问题,带着问题查资料,找答案;围绕专题进行讨论,交流;请专家解难答疑;检查、点评个人学习笔记,进行理论和操作考核,了解学习收获和改进意见,指导下一专题的学习。通过2年多的临床实践和考核,从理论、操作考试,医师对护理工作满意率从原来的90.53%提高到95.43%。认为专题训练法,能将相关知识系统地联系在一起,让护士成为学习的主人,对提高护士的专科技术水平有明显的促进作用。
The author introduced the application of special training of knowledge specialized in operation room. The methods included ascertaining topics, making learning plan, raising question based on different people, consulting material and finding answer according to question, discussing the topics, inviting experts to answer questions, checking learning notes, having theoretical and practi- cal examination, understanding learning progress and suggestion for improvement and giving guidance to the next phase study. Evalu- ation was made in light of theoretical and practical examination and doctor's satisfactory rate towards nurses was raised from 90.53% to 95.43%. The author argues specialized training can connect relative knowledge organically, make nurse more active in learning and improve their specialty ability.
