摘要 采用so l-ge l法制备T iO2薄膜光电极,以该电极为工作电极,铂丝为对电极,饱和甘汞电极为参比电极,对双酚A的光电催化降解进行了研究.结果表明:该电极具有n型半导体的特征行为.外加偏压为+0.8 V、pH=4、0.88 mm o l/L的H2O2中,对初始浓度为0.22 mm o l/L的双酚A溶液光照180 m in,降解率达70.24%.讨论了氧的存在、外加偏压、双酚A浓度和pH值等因素对光电催化反应的影响. A three-electrode system composed of Ti/TiO2 prepared by sol-gel method as the working electrode, Pt wire as the counter electrode and saturated calomel electrode (SCE) as the reference electrode was used for the photoelectrocatalytic degradation of bisphenol A (BPA), one of the Endocrine Disrupting Chemicals (EDC). The results show that under the condition of pH = 4, 0. 88 mmol/L H2O2, external potential +0.8 V and 180 min irradiation, the rate of photodegration of BPA(0. 22 mmol/L) reaches 70.24%. The influences of various parameters were studied.
