摘要
资金是林业重点工程建设的物质基础,加强资金监管是提高资金使用效率、保证林业重点工程顺利进行的关键。本文针对林业重点工程资金监管中所存在的问题,时林业重点工程资金监管体系进行了设计,并提出了相应的对策和建议。
Funds is the material foundation of constructing forestry major projects, so strengthening fund supervision is the key to improve fund utilizing efficiency and ensure the progress of forestry major projects. On the basis of the existing problems in fund supervision, the system of fund supervision for forestry major projects was designed, and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were put forward in the paper.
