摘要
知识经济的迅猛发展,使企业面临前所未有的机遇与挑战。企业未来的竞争,实质上是企业学习的竞争,企业的竞争优势来自企业拥有比其他竞争对手更快、更好地学习新知识和新技术,并使之迅速转化为生产力的能力和社会适应能力。因此,打造学习型企业,是企业参与知识经济时代竞争的必然选择,也是在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地的重要保证。
Knowledge economy is gaining momentum and enterprises are facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges. Their future competition and success rely on their capability of acquiring new knowledge and technology for their own use. Thus, the construction of leaming - oriented enterprises is a must and guarantee for their survival and success.
