摘要
提出了在组织内部形成创新方案的模式,即组织要在内部组建创新团队,并为团队提供“安全空间”和“新空间”,使创新团队能够从技术、个人、组织等3个角度,研究并提出创新方案,然后,综合基于3个角度创新方案的优点,形成综合最佳方案。
This paper puts forward the model of forming the innovation scheme organization puts an innovation group together within the organization and provides for the group, making the innovation group research and advance the innovation within the organization, which is the “the safe space” and “the new space” scheme from technical, personal and organic angles, and integrating finally the advantages of the innovation schemes based on the three angles to form the optimum scheme.
