摘要
针对轧钢机工作辊轴承在工作过程中出现套圈断裂现象,从轴承质量、装配使用方面对损坏原因进行分析,确定了造成轴承损坏的主要原因和改善方案。
Regarding to the rupture of the work roll bearing rings in the rolling mill during the operation, the damaged reasons have been analyzed from the aspect of bearing quality and the assembling application, in this case , the main reason of the damaged bearings has been defined as well as the improving scheme.
