摘要
本文从塑性成形工艺,金属表面涂层,模具表面处理,润滑剂的选用多角度探讨塑性成形中的摩擦与润滑问题,对塑性变形前金属涂层性能的要求进行了评价,最后简述了模具表面涂层处理和难熔金属塑性变形对润滑剂的要求。
In this paper, the problem about the friction and lubrication in mental forming from the different viewpoints including the choice of methods of metal forming surface treatment of die materials, surface coating of materials and choice of lubrication was stated. The metal coating properties required, before the plastic deformation, was appraised, finally the mold surface coating and the lubricant request on the difficult melting metal in the deformation were briefly narrated.
