摘要
目的探讨住院老年人常见慢性病现状及其在病程中对老年人健康的影响。方法从60-96岁住院老年人中检出慢性病,并就慢性病临床进行描述性分析。结果本组老年人患有2种及多种慢性病的检出率达96.2%,涉及多种脏器病变。结论多种慢性病并存成为老年人患病特点,居前20位的慢性病是影响老年人健康的主要疾病,其临床症状及并发症随增龄而增多,重视对这些常见慢性病的医疗干预有助于改善老年患者生存质量及提高生存率。
Objective To study the present conditions of common chronic diseases and the effect of the process of chronic diseases on the health of the elderly in hospfial. Methods The invefigation of chronic diseases was performed in 401 aged patients with chronic diseases in hospfial. Their ages ranged from 60 to 96 yearn. The clinic of chronic diseases were descriptively analysed. Results The incidence of chronic diseases was 100% and the aged patients sufferiag from 2 types of chronic diseases or more accounted for 96.2% of the 401 aged patients. Conclusions There are simutaneously several kinds of chronic diseases in the elderly. Many chronic diseases are closely cormected with each others. The main chronic diseases influencing the health of the elderly include hypertension, prostatomegaly, coronary heart disease, chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases and so on. The clincal symptoms and complications of the chronic diseases increase with their ages in the elderly. The effective treatment for common chronic diseases and the instruction in the health are helpful to improviag the liviag quality and raisiag thein survival rate in the elderly.
