摘要
微波辐射代替传统加热方法,进行苯乙烯分散聚合,制备粒径大小在200 nm^500 nm之间,且为单分散的聚苯乙烯微球;探讨了单体、稳定剂、引发剂的浓度对微球粒径大小和分布的影响。研究结果表明,微波辐射分散聚合制备的聚苯乙烯微球粒径,小于常规加热分散聚合制备的微球粒径,且微波辐射制得的微球单分散性更好。
The dispersion polymerization of styrene was successfully carried out under microwave irradiation in the EtOH/H2O medium, which PVP and AIBN were used as stabilizers and initiators respectively. The monodisperse polystyrene microspheres could be prepared in the range from 200 nm to 500 nm, and the morphology, size and size distribution of the polystyrene microspheres were characterized by TEM, AFM and PCS. The results indicate that polystyrene microspheres prepared by microwave irradiation are much smaller and more uniformed than those obtained by conventional heating.
