摘要
目的探讨灯盏花素治疗肺心病的疗效及作用机理。方法选择80例慢性肺源性心脏患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组40例采用常规的西医治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用灯盏花素。观察二组治疗前后临床症状的变化及各项实验室指标,并做统计学处理。结果灯盏花素组能明显改善临床症状,总有效率85%,明显降低血粘度、红细胞压积、纤维蛋白原(P<0.05)。结论灯盏花素的治疗机理可能与降低血粘度、纤维蛋白原、红细胞压积,从而改善肺的血流动力学,对抗血管痉挛,降低肺血管阻力,并增加冠脉血流量,改善心肌缺血缺氧有关。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and mechanism of acute exacerbations of chronic pulmonary heart disease （AECPHD） treated by brevisapine. Methods 80 eases with AECPHD were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The control group was given by the traditional therapy only with west medicine, while breviscapine was added on basic therapy in the control group. Before and after the treatment, we observed the changes of clinical symptoms and various kinds of lab indexes. Results Breviscapine can relieve clinical symptoms obviously （effective rate of 85% ） and decreased the blood viscosity, fibrinogen and packed red cell volume. Conclusion The mechanism of breviscapine treating AECPHD may be related to eliminating blood viscosity, fibrinogen, packed red cell volume, improving lung hemodynamics, resisting blood vessel convulse, decreasing blood vessel resistance in lung, increasing coronary artery blood stream quantity, improving blood insufficiency supply of heart muscle and oxygen.
