摘要
介绍了一种高精度、高可靠性的在轨黑体测温电路.其测温范围是-10~50 ℃,测温精度为±0.1 ℃.着重分析了铂电阻R-T关系、惠斯通电桥非线性、模拟放大电路、A/D量化误差和处理器运算截断误差对电路精度的影响,并给出了解决方案.针对铂电阻失效方式,给出了电路可靠性设计方案.理论分析和实际电路测试结果表明,该电路具有精度高、可靠性高、使用方便等优点.
A circuit for the high accurate and reliability temperature measuring of blackbody was described.The measuring range is- 10 - 50 ℃, measuring accuracy is + 0.1 ℃. Aiming at the influential factors of circuit precision, which were composed of Pt resistance R-T relation, Wheatstone bridge nonlinear characteristic, analog amplify circuit noise, A/D convert errors and CPU operation truncation errors, a solution has been presented. Aiming at the disabled mode of Pt resistance, an approach to reliability design of circuit was also proposed. The real circuit is easy to implement, and the test result shows its high precision and reliability.
