摘要
针对苇湖梁发电有限责任公司32SA19A型循环水泵设计参数与循环水系统匹配不当、运行效率低、能耗高等问题,提出了改进方案,并对改造后的性能试验结果及经济效益进行了分析。改造后的运行实绩表明,循环水流量大幅度增加,电动机运行电流平均下降9.5A,运行效率提高到89.85%,经济效益显著。
Directing against problems of the designed parameters of 32SA19A type circulatingwater pump being not properly matched with the circulating water system, low efficiency in operation, and high energy consumption etc., a retrofitting scheme has been put forward. The performance test results and economic benefits after retrofitting have been analysed.
