摘要
针对开发标准化电子海图显示信息系统所需解决的相关问题进行了研究。论文给出了基于国际标准的电子航海图系统的设计方案,并采用先进的面向对象程序设计技术,实现电子海图显示系统的无缝拼接、自适应显示和信息查询等模块。本系统可以作为标准系统电子航海图系统的地理信息显示平台。
The thesis studies some problems about developing standard electronic chart display and information system. The design scheme of electronic sailing chart system based international standard has been brought out. Further more, adopting advanced oriented object technology, pulling chart together without slot module has been developed, so as to adapt oneself display and information query. This system will be a platform of standard sailing GIS.
