摘要
目的研究转录因子Ets-1在人胃癌组织中的表达,探讨其与胃癌浸润转移的关系。方法运用免疫组化S-P法检测86例胃癌及癌旁组织中Ets-1的表达。结果Ets-1在胃癌组织中的阳性表达率为74·4%,显著高于癌旁组织(40·7%,P<0·05);Ets-1阳性表达率在乳头状腺癌、管状腺癌及低分化腺癌与印戒细胞癌/黏液腺癌之间差异有显著性(P<0·01);Ets-1的表达与胃癌浸润深度、淋巴结转移及临床分期有关,与性别、年龄、肿瘤大小、远处转移均无关。结论Ets-1在胃癌组织中具有高表达率,其阳性表达与肿瘤的浸润、转移密切相关。
Objective To investigate the expression of the transcription factor Ets-1 in human gastric carcinoma and its relationship with tumor cell invasion and metastasis. Methods The expression of Ets-1 was detected in 86 cases of human gastric carcinoma specimens by using streptavidin-peroxidase immunohistochemistry. Results The positive rate of Ets-1 in gastric carcinoma was 74. 4% , which was higher than that in adjacent tissues（40. 7% ,P 〈 0. 05 ）. There were differences of the expression rate of Ets-1 among papillary adeno-carcinoma, tubular adenocarcinoma, poor differentiated adenocarcinoma and mucoid carcinoma （P 〈 0.01 ）. The positive expression rate of Ets- 1 was significantly related with the depth of tumor invasion, lymph node metastasis and clinical stage, but it did not correlate with sex,age,tumor size and distant metastasis. Conclusion Ets-1 has high expression rate in the tissue of gastric carcinoma, which indicates that Ets-1 is closely related to the invation and metastasis of gastric carcinoma.
