摘要
本文首先从资源、人力、法律制度、信息技术等方面分析了影响我国社区图书馆建设的因素,然后就社区图书馆如何开展服务提出了一些建议。
First, the paper gives some analysis on the factors affecting the development of community libraries in China,which come from different areas, such as resource, staff, law and information technology（IT）, then some suggestions on what can be done for the community library to provide better service are put forward.
