摘要
回顾了传统ERP绩效评价理论,并分析其不足;探讨了ERP系统实施目的、绩效评价的目标和原则.结合平衡计分卡工具,提出了基于平衡计分卡的ERP系统实施绩效评价模型.该模型包括“主要模块”和“辅助模块”两个部分.最后按照平衡计分卡的步骤构建了ERP系统实施绩效评价指标体系,并对如何确定ERP系统实施绩效等级进行了分析.
The theories about ERP performance measurement are reviewed,and their deficiency is analyzed. The goal of ERP implementation, the object and principles of ERP performance measurement are discussed. An ERP performance measurement model based on the balanced scorecards is presented. The model consists of two components,main module and secondary module, each of which has some subobjects. The evaluation indexes are stated in detail based on the model.
